6 Big Reasons You Need to Exercise Today
1) To be a better parent, spouse, sister, brother or child. Making your health your greatest priority makes
you a better role model. This reflects onto people you love, and people who love you. 2) To avoid medications and surgical
interventions. It's unavoidable: you can't be in optimum health without exercise. Lack of exercise leads to medical
conditions that can require prescription medications and surgery. Instead, use exercise to save you the pain, costs, time
and troubles. 3) To eat less. Exercise controls appetite, minimizes cravings for unhealthy foods, and regulates
metabolism. 4) To reduce stress and stress-related illness. When we are coping with emotional stress, our physical bodies
suffer. Our immune systems are weaker, making us susceptible to illness. Our minds become less able to cope with the stresses.
We can't get good-quality stress. One natural, simple fix that relieves stress and improves mental physical condition?
Exercise! 5) To save money. When we exercise regularly, we save money on food and medical expenses. But also our time
is more productive because exercise improves attention span, mood, and energy levels. So, we naturally save time, which saves
money. 6) Looking good. Even if changes don't appear overnight, when we exercise, we feel good about ourselves.
With a healthy dose of self-confidence, we feel more attractive and vibrant. No one feels attractive when they sit on the
couch all day! So, improve your self-image while you get curves. Get Movin'!

Eat Healthy and Fast all week long
The Support & Coaching team is forever getting asked "How do I make healthy, nutritious meals
that are fast and easy?"
(My instinctual answer is that Fast isn't Healthy, but...)
There is ONE way to eat healthy and fast, and you can eat nutritious meals all week long. So,
just what's the Secret?
Pre-cook huge healthy meals. Then you have leftovers all week. But remember: Cook Huge
Meals that make tons of leftovers.
How can you cheat this process a little? Here are a few time-savers: Use
pre-cut vegetables, like frozen or "salad bar" veggies. This will save you chopping time. You can throw everything
in a crockpot and let it cook away for many hours, without needing your attention. Choose foods that you can leave baking
in the oven, without needing your cooking skills. Squashes, potatoes, and other vegetables can be baked or roasted.
You can't eat Fast all the time and be healthy. You just can't. Your body needs fresh foods. But if you get in the
habit of pre-cooking giant healthy meals, your body will thank you for the healthy leftovers!
