Watch your Workout! sample exercise workout video
Based on the many requests we got, I put together a sample workout video that includes Cardio and Strength-training.
Most people who responded wanted more strength-training. So, this workout includes a few torso-strengthening exercises.
You always want to include a cardio workout or warm-up before you strength-train. It's important to get the blood
and oxygen flowing to the muscles, and to raise your temperature (to warm up, basically). You can jog, walk, hike, swim, cycle,
run, or hop on an elliptical trainer for your cardio.
If you do not have time to include a good cardio warm-up
before your strength-training, then include one "warm-up set" at the beginning of each exercise. Perform 10-12 using
a lighter weight, and do this for each exercise.
In the video, you see examples for cardio workouts. Then, you
see 4 strength-training exercises which work the lower back, middle and lower back, shoulders, and chest. You should practice
2-3 sets of each exercise, so this video represents a good typical upper-body workout.

Workout video, go to the bottom of this blog and look for "click here to Watch
